It is your responsibility to order the correct size garments required.
We do appreciate that ordering online can be difficult to gauge what size will fit, therefore we offer a free measuring service of all our clothing if requested. Also, please feel free to ask us any questions via email or on our social media channels before you purchase and we will do our best to assist in anyway we can.
If however you have ordered the incorrect size, we will exchange an item like for like in an alternate size.

Defective or Damaged Goods
Please ensure you check all items upon reciept and are satisfied they are fit for purpose.
If for some reason you recieve a defective or damaged item, please email us as soon as possible, but within 7 calender days of reciept, to email@example.com with the subject header 'FAULTY ITEM' and your order number. Please include the details of the fault and any photographs that can support your claim.
Defective or damaged goods raised after this period of 7 calendar days, or if they have been worn, will not be accepted.

Once your item is recieved and checked by our quality control team and is accepted as being defective or damaged, you can request an exchange for the same item or a full refund.
All returns will be at your own expense, and we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for any items we do not receive.
Please ensure that you make a note of the tracking number when returning your goods as we will not be held responsible for lost packages.
Please provide your order reference details in your returns package so we can process your return or exchange without delay.
If we believe the items returned are not in their original unworn/unused condition then we will return the items to you and no refund or exchange will be processed. You will be notified via email of this with photographic proof where applicable.
All personalised and preorder items cannot be returned. If you have recieved a personalised or preorder item that is faulty, then a replacement will be sent.
All delivery charges are non refundable in any circumstance. If you received free shipping for spending over a certain amount and your refund takes your total order amount under the spend threshold, we reserve the right to also deduct our shipping fee from your refund.
